Shipping & Collection 

We offer FREE delivery on most items we list to mainland UK unless otherwise indicated on individual listings. We currently do not ship to Northern Ireland.

Small & Medium items like Inset Fires and Electric Stoves are sent with either UPS or TNT, this normally takes 1 to 2 days to arrive depending on location. (The service is 2-4 Day Standard Delivery) - Large items like flat packed fireplaces ship with TNT and can take 2-3 days and items might be split if there is more than one box.

Media Wall Fires &  large built up fireplaces are sent with Palletways Pallet couriers. Pallets take 2 to 5 days or more depending on location. We can only ship pallets to mainland UK. 

The pallet company will ring you on number supplied with your order, once it has reached the local depot to arrange a delivery time, before they come out to your address.

Your order will be dispatched or ready for collection within 1-2 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday our warehouse is not open at the weekends) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (we use 48hr courier as part of our standard service). We do not ship on bank holidays. Items will ship following any Holiday or weekend. 

Collection orders can often be picked up the same day! Please wait until we call or email and confirm its ready to collect (you will see an email notification with the address and opening times).
 
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during delivery, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement. Please notify us if you think a delivery is taking too long.

Note: we can not time deliveries or assign delivery slots. Please use the tracking details sent to you to check progress of your delivery.

On occasion multi box items will come out separately, they will have left our warehouse together, but couriers may split the delivery from the depot closest to you.
