Product Information

The Lycia LED inset electric fire features LED technology designed to significantly improve the flame picture and running performance. LED technology not only provides a deeper, richer flame picture with enhanced flame movement but is also a fraction of the cost to run when compared to a conventional incandescent bulb. It will last a lot longer too. To keep operation simple there are three switch settings: 1) Flame effect only, 2) Flame + 1.0kW Heat and 3) Flame + 2.0kW Heat. The controls are located high underneath the hood for easy accessibility. A discrete fan heater provides forward directional heat and is of good quality to reduce operating noise. The Lycia LED fits a standard fireplace opening, typically 16″ wide x 22″ high (please refer to specification).

For added convenience two spacer frames are provided (supplied fitted) to allow the Lycia LED to be taken out of the box, placed flush against a flat wall and plugged in for instant heat – no chimney or flue depth required. For installation into a fireplace opening, one or both spacer frames can be removed (depending on the available fireplace depth). This provides the following options: fully inset (0 spacers – requires a 114mm fireplace depth), semi-inset (1 spacer fitted – requires a 54mm fireplace depth) or flush-fit (2 spacers – 0mm fireplace depth).

The Blenheim fret is a classic traditional cast design with ornate vertical bars and delicate form. It features a bowed profile with two decorative finials and is designed to free stand in front of the fire and frame. The ashpan is a separate component and if applicable, provides access to the controls (model dependent). The one-piece frame is held in position with magnets (supplied).

This product is only suitable for well insulated spaces or occasional use.
